I've read a couple of reviews of the album so far.  One said it was very 
fresh and un-polished--apparently they've used cuts that were underrehearsed 
to give it a raw sound.  The other described it as "soggy," a play on the 
name (DRIVING RAIN).  Since Mick's album got trashed too, I guess that 
leaves Dylan the winner this year, showing it's still possible to be older 
and get good reviews.
