BTW, shortly after this, Plant and Page went on a similar tour.  ;)

Here's a guy with the Pittsburg orchestra that played with both bands.  He's 
apparently quite a Led Zeppelin fan and has written up an account of playing 
with Plant and Page.  He's got a scan up of what must be the program for the 
DST performance, but no write-up.

Here's Michael Kamen's website.  He's a very successful composer of movie 
scores, and often collaborates with rock musicians.  He's also done 
orchestrations for Clapton, Pink Floyd, and more recently, Metallica's S&M.  
There's mention of DST in his "timeline."
