Kevin,  Good one.  I must make two points here.
1.  Any sadist worth a lick knows that during a proper S&M experience, pain
should come before pleasure.  Bjorn might be able to provide some insight
here :-)
2.  You cannot out-crude me.  Don't even try it :-)
