John Entwistle in NYC to record with Gov't Mule thread.



No word on what tune JE will play on.


For those not reading older posts on this, Gov't Mule had it's bass
player(allen Woody) pass away last Fall.  The band decided to continue on, it
was a power trio.  Always having their extended musical family sitting in
with them, their friends came out of the wood works to offer their services
as guest bassist for a new Gov't Mule CD.  They also decided to talk to
bassists who had influenced Allen Woody.  Here's a list of players who have
already laid down tracks.

So as not to waste bandwidth, here is the link to the page with more info.  I
write this not as an advertisement, but as a The Who fan who thought that
some here might find interesting some of the side things JE is doing.
