We're all morons!!!

Heh, heh, I like that.

>How many times do you think Roger has said to Pete something like
>"Our fans will never go for it"?

How many times have the fans NOT gone for it? Plenty. Look at Quad. The
fans didn't go for it (or understand), but it's the greatest album ever. We
simply are not smart enough to give advice.

>Pete has been pretty adamant about not wanting to spend time in the studio.

Yeah, and look what he's been doing since the end of the tour. Sittin' in
the studio working on Scoop III. He may not like it, but he knows it's the
only way. It's his way. It's all part of his love hate relationship with
The Who, The Studio, and music in general.

yes.

Yes!

>I want a WHO album that's honest.

Ohhhhh yeah!

>I want a WHO album that's uncertain. I want
>a WHO album that's insightful. I want a WHO album that's humorous.

Yes, yes and YES!

I want it all, baby! They've done it before, now Pete needs to get off his
ass & do it again.

YYYYYEEEEEESSSSS! Is it me, or is the whole world waiting for a band like
The Who to do it????
I'm serious. Today's music just simply sucks. There is a void. It's up to
The Who! The time is more right than it ever has been, or will likely be
again. Even our beloved press is geared up to accept the new King.

>Get inspired, Pete. Listen to some Kinks or something. But if you can't
do it; if
>you can't write songs for THE WHO anymore, or don't want to.......then
atleast

Amen. (go terps :-)

21st century Ox. BAaahaaaa, You kill me!

>Give me progression through the "amazing"
>Zak Starkey. That's where we'll hear the progression. You'll get plenty
of prog-

WHAT HE SAID!!!!!!!!!!
Scott. Thank you, thank you, thank you. You've said it all in these two
posts. Some of the best posts I've read in a long, long time.
Schrade in Akron, got his finger on the pulse.
