Ginger Baking

Hi Kids!

In reading the recent and interesting bits on drummers, I was reminded that
I saw Ginger Baker at a small club around 1983 (eek!) with his band that I
think was just called the "Ginger Baker Band". Three members (imagine that.)
Anyway, they were damn good, and my clearest memory is Ginger going at it
and all along with cigarette in mouth and the ash hanging off the end about
two inches (what control!)

Anybody ever get the chance to see Mitch Mitchell?
