You have to ask?? I am sorry maybe I am biased and everyone has their opinion 
but it is definitely the who...I have seen the stones and while they are 
good, nothing is like seeing Pete and john on stage...Zak, enuff said and I 
think Roger has such a good stage presence..Plus with the stones, at least 
the shows I saw, there was not a whole lot of banter, at least like the who. 
I just think the who are a much better band but It will make for good 
conversation on the airwaves and in the press.
