Mrs. House Speaks!

I wish I had a dime for every time she's probably yelled, "Alright,
Jeff! Enough with The Who already!"

Scott and Keets:

My name is Melanie. ("Hi, Melanie!) I am a closet Who fan. I first got
into the Who in 1979. While chasing mercilessly a football player 3 years
my senior (I was 15), I agreed to ride in his Pacer from Atlanta to
Birmingham, AL (with 6 other people) where the Who was playing. By the
end of the evening, I had lost interest in the football player and gained
respect for Roger Daltrey and .. ahem.... herb.

All kidding aside, I do enjoy the Who, perhaps just not to the extent of
present company. The way I see it, if this is the best mid-life crisis
that Jeff can muster, I'm ahead of the operation. Aside from his affinity
for the Who (and a nasty midget-porn thing we won't go into :0) ) Jeff's
a wonderful husband and dad.

Bottom line: I've been trying to get Jeff to Paris for 13 years. The deal
we've cut is that we spend 4 nights in London, and 4 nights in Paris.
Ahhh, the truth is we all have agendas.

flight, though.

Keets:

Not really. From Boston, London is only about 6 hours. Or, you could
connect through Atlanta or Miami - it's an overnight flight from either
place. Jump on a plane, curl up to sleep and wake up at Heathrow airport!
Piece of cake! I'm sure it will be quite worth it!! And you are quite
right about the rates being low in the fall.... foot and mouth disease
hasn't helped the English tourism economy much, and deals are THERE TO BE
HAD! (Can you tell I work in travel?!)

Woo Hoo! London or bust......
