This might be right, as there's a whole bunch of references out there about 
the PD tour: somebody or other who did costumes and make-up, somebody who 
did the sets and so on.  But if Silverman helped with the staging back then, 
he still does seem to be involved now.  Gallagher pretty much pinned down 
the time frame.
