On Saturday I went on the team van to a track meet at which my 10-year-old son Brian was competing. Since it would be a long trip, I took along my portable CD player, with two discs from the Lifehouse box
set among my CD selections. When one of the older kids asked Brian what he was listening to, he told him "The Who"(yeah, I know it's just Pete with some other musicians, but cut him some slack). The other
kid borrowed the headphones for half a minute and a rather odd look came over his face. The kid had no clue who or what he was hearing (I think one of the Baba O'Riley versions was playing), and he went
back to listening to his teeny bopper tunes. At least I know my kid is alright!
