old/new sound

i look at it like this...a song like can't explain, a pop song in the 
studio..it is light and sounds young..now it has stood the test of time and 
it rocks!!!  and substitute..they have managed to keep playing these songs 
for 36 years at a high level and it has changed with time. same with you 
better you bet..it was a pop song now a rock song...the who and their songs 
dont seem so BACKDATED
