well when kenney joined, was he considered a full partner?? i think so b/c he 
was named as a member wasnt he??? did he get full compensation?? if the who 
do another album, project, etc., zak and rabbit should get a full cut. they 
performed with the band, it is their right. they arent founding members or 
anything, but if they participate they should get wht is theirs. obvisously, 
if pete write the project he might get more roaylties but overall it should 
be equal.
