ok, now reportedly the higher court is saying the lower court needs to narrow 
its ruling b/c it was originally too broad. one analyst said napster is not 
shutdown but in limbo. napster is allowed to operate until the lower court 
rules again so napster has been givin another stay until something happens. 
the analyst also said these legal wranglings could go on for another year.
