Of course, many people *won't* have that choice, as the original is already
out of print.  I've got the limited CD edition with the book, so I'm not
concerned for myself.

Sure, it's a choice in the same sense as offering someone the choice between
a tuna sandwich and a sharp stick in the eye.  Sure, it is 'technically' a
choice--but not 'really.'
