I've had a trade of the Kemper Arena show from December 1975 on CDr.

Confession time, I hadn't listened all the way through on CD2, and when
I downloaded the boot cover recently I discovered it had a number of
"additional" songs;

Slipkid
Instrumental
Just a kid from Brooklyn
I'm gonna make you mine
Squeeze box
The Seeker
Top Gear
I don't even know myself

Now I can recognise these as Pete Demos, but the question is 

where did this filler come from?

Was it just lifted from another boot, and if so, which one?
