Cincinatti Who concert story

Anyone else see the VH1 special Monday night on rock concert tragedies?  The
opening piece was on the Cincinatti Who concert and the 11 dead.  The show
did a good job putting the blame squarely on the city and the coliseum's
policies concerning festival seating and poor event planning.  They also did
a good job, including witness testimony, to point out that there was never a
"stampede" as often quoted.
