Ticket sales for the Who's four-night stand at New York's Madison Square
Garden have been suffering ever since Jimmy Page and the Black Crowes
dropped out of a planned co-headlining bill. Although the Wallflowers have
been added to the lineup in their place, thousands of tickets have been
returned for refunds since the announcement was made, with more than 2,000
tickets returned over this past weekend alone, according to a source.

At deadline, approximately 3,000 tickets -- ranging from floor seats close
to the stage for $250 to the $50 seats in the upper reaches of the arena --
remain available for each of the Oct. 3-4 and 6-7 shows.

Page was forced to back out of the gigs, as well as a planned European tour
with the Crowes, after aggravating an earlier back injury.
