There is a book you should buy called "The Concert File" it is written buy
Joe McMichael and "Irish" Jack Lyons.

It covers a large portion of their concerts from the early days to 1997.

I thought everyone had a copy of this, if not but it, it's a must. The
bootleg of the MSG show on tape is very easy to come by and no C&S was not
played live.
