I've got to think the reason for no world tour is Pete.  Notice that
Roger and John seem to travel to far-reaching parts (Australia, Japan)
if the gig is there, but Pete never does unless it is in the U.K., the
U.S. or Western Europe.  I think he's just using that self-imposed ban
on Australia as an excuse for not taking The Who to far-flung countries
to which he doesn't want to travel.  He must really love Meher Baba as
Baba's compound in India saw Pete's only performances in Asia.
