There's some discussion on O&S of meeting at a bar across the street from 
the Ice Palace called The Outpost.  I don't really live close to Tampa or 
West Palm, but I've got a pretty good list of FL email addresses, so I'll 
volunteer to make up a distribution list and disseminate info.
