Come on, a TRUE Who fan would buy both.  I did.  And I don't regret it.  If 
you keep your eyes open, you can usually find some kind of deal via buy.com, 
amazon, or some other online entity where you can get a $10 off coupon or 
free shipping or something.  I think I ended up paying about $8 for the IOW 
DVD.
