Pete and Roger trade songs

Repost from Pete's site.  Do you suppose that's Roger's song
"Crossroads" he's talking about?  What do you think Pete means about
being "quits?"  These are the songs they're going to collaborate on? 
This is all they're going to do?

Gerard..... I've waited oh so long, but I now have it IN MY HANDS. Two
weeks ago I sent him a rough cassette of one of mine, so we are quits
now - and in the process of reviewing material. I know two songs don't
make a new CD, but they might make a nice afternoon in the Park.
