Maybe it's Primus.  I know for a fact that they have covered Have A
Cigar.  I've noticed that MP3s are often mislabeled on Napster,
especially when they are cover songs.  If you want, you can send the
file to me and I'll let you know if it is Primus version.  I'd send my
MP3 to you, but my ISP limits file attachments to 5MB or less.  By the
way, I'm not saying that Primus sounds like The Who! :)
