I have a non-tour question.  Yesyerday a buddy of mine sent me an mp3 that
he probably got from Napster (Napstick, if you ask Roger).  Well, it was
supposedly The Who covering Pink Floyd's "Have a Cigar."  But the voice
didn't sound like Roger Daltrey.  Does anyone know what this is?  Perhaps
for some reason Waters or anyone else joined the Who some time on the road
to cover this song?  Is it really the Who at all?
