Actually, BASS is wrong...I have a contact at Neil Young's management 
company, Lookout (they book all the performers for the Bridge shows) who has 
confirmed that the Who will play both days.  Pollstar says this too.

As for songs...how about something new from the guys?  Maybe something from 
the new incarnation of Lifehouse?  The Bridge shows have traditionally been a 
place for artists to try out new material before the rest of the world has a 
chance to hear it...
