Before 89 tour Pete said he would never tour as the who again. He did the same thing before 96 quad tour. At the coral sky show, last show of quad tour Pete said during TKAA "this is the last show of the tour, any tour." And a few months ago he said the who will not tour again. what do u think the outcome will be?
