Greetings,

Just listening to Tommy for billionth time. And wondered about somthin:
"Tommy was released in the U.K. May 23rd, 1969 and reached #2. It was 
released May 31st in the U.S. reaching #4 and remained in the charts there 
for 126 weeks"
Jsut wondering is anyone knew who was #1 in the U.K. and who was #1,2, and 3 
in the U.S.

And if I recall correctly Quadrophenia had the same situation. Anyone know 
who was #1 then either??
