Maybe

Jim:

I can only tell you what the book says. I have no doubt it was copied, or
rebooted, or whatever you call it. Mine IS an original, unless they copied
the number etc. and did an excellent job (there's no blurring of the pic or
anything) so completely you can't tell the difference.

It's an excellent show, my first Who bootleg of all (taped on reel to reel
from the King Biscuit Flour Hour so very long ago and long since
transferred to CDr), but these LPs don't sound so hot. There is a static
(on what I played, anyway, about half of I Can't Explain) which I might be
able to get out with my computer, but...I bought it for the cover anyway.

Scott:

I'm sure the CD is more widely available...I was talking about the LP. I
really have no idea if there was a reissue, or it's the original 120 that
are highly circulated. Which seems unlikely, I'll grant you.

I love it because it was my first, taped in 1974 when originally broadcast.
Tis true the mix is horrible...especially compared to other show from that
era on KBFH. But there is an energy I like, and I've never really liked my
Who too perfect.

NOW you tell me...

Thanks, but keep your eyes open. You might well find one too.

> And any up dates on the release of the KB disc? Or should I just go out
and buy the boot?

Dave:

All the info I get is that it's been indefinitely shelved. I'd buy the
boot, if I were you. Perhaps you should contact Dave@thewho, who seems to
have a line on one as he says:

Dave too:

Sounds reasonable to me.
