Re: Feedback on feedback, pigs is pigs, and Hendrix's Blues

the other.

Mike Flannery.

There's lots of ground in between, too, where you pick up some of the
sound or some of the technique and apply it to something else.

but he still did Hendrix. I'm singularly not impressed. Then again, I'll
be the first to admit I'm jaded. I've heard the greatest Rock band to
ever walk the face of the Earth, you see...

And Hendrix did Townshend. Everybody has to build on something.

Since we've been discussing "Lifehouse," here a post from a non-music
list where there's been mention of it. I'd suspect Robinson did pick up
the title on purpose, as it has that connotation of salvation through
rock music. I haven't read the novel, but I'll have to check it out.

>I am wondering if there is any connection with LIFEHOUSE, a novel
by Spider Robinson (Baen, 1987), which has elements of Rock and Roll,
including a time travellor who goes into the past the re-unite the
Beatles and prevent John Lennon's death.
