Relay on Russell Harty

Everyone,

I know the Who performed "Relay" on the infamous Russell Harty show before
the interview, which appears in The Kids are Alright.  I think I've seen a
bootleg of this but I can't remember, do they actually play it live or are
they just lip-synching it?  The Old Grey Whistle Test version is hilarious
because of all the faces Keith makes, but that one only has the vocals
live, right?
