O&S liner notes

Did anyone read the liner notes that came w/ Odds and Sods.
Read the notes under Naked Eye. # 23.

The last sentence reads.....

"Prepare yourselves, people, for The Who's next mistake ! Meanwhile,
content yourselves with this little lot."

I would assume these notes were recently written by Pete...right ?
Maybe there gonna do another album and he was referring to it by saying
the Who's next mistake. In the meantime listen to this (O&S) ???

Anyone have any input on this ?
