Actually, it's the front cover of a sampler album called "The House That
Track Built" that contained the studio version of "Young Man Blues" that
was
SUPPOSED to be on this one, but they screwed up and put another version.

The original album had cuts from The Who, Hendrix, Arthur Brown, The
Parliaments (an early version of P-Funk) and several others.
