Right you are.  The same drawing, depicting The Who as Marvel Comics
super-heroes (always thought that was pretty appropo) was used as the cover
of one of the first Who boots, entitled "The Who Vs. Bizzare Mr. Pig", which
pre-dated the original O&S and contained unreleased tracks like Naked Eye,
Water, Postcard, etc.  I seem to recall reading a zillion years ago that it
was the existence of such bootlegs that motivated the Who to put together
Odds and Sods in the first place, way back in '74.  Bootlegging the
bootleggers, so to speak.  As for the NEW Odds & Sods, I just picked up a
copy, but haven't had a chance to play it yet.  Been too busy ogling my
brand-new 3-day old son.
