quick blip

As usual, I don't have enough time to post all my thoughts on this, but I'm
very glad to see young people enjoying The Who deeply (I'm 41, been a fan
since I was 14).

Oh, and in response to this:

>Even now, there are Beatlefests around the world, but there isn't
>anything for the Who (though I wish there was.)

I have no idea how many Beatlefests are held in or out of the world, but
there are strong stirrings toward having a Who convention in London next
September (20th anniversary of Keith's death). If the WhoCon '95 is any
yardstick, it will be loads of fun and there will be rampant speculation as
to how many, if any, of the band will attend.
