The full lyric for reference

"I all like a dream you know,
when you're still up early in the morning.
And you all sit together to watch the sun some through.

But things don't look so good
when you could us a little warning
Then you know that no-one will ever speak the truth about you"

He's surrounded by people who act like his friends but they are all a
bunch of *YES-MEN*. People just there to say they hung out with him but
when things are getting bad (i.e. drinking, drugs, ignoring his family)
there is no true friend in the bunch to comfront him and tell him he's
acting like and asshole; could be losing his wife and possibly his own
life. They are just there for the party; as long as it lasts.
