Here is the announcement for THE WHO Convention:

The formal announcement for the 2nd Convention has just hit the
streets - Sunday Sept 6th 1998 at The Astoria in Charing Cross Road
12/15 pounds per ticket. Runs from 2pm-11pm.

Tickets are 15 pounds each, but existing Naked Eye subscribers have
until 28th February to buy tickets for just 12 pounds (limited to 2
tickets per Naked Eye subscriber).

There is no limit on 15 pound tickets, which can be ordered now, but
won't be sent out until 1st March when the Naked Eye subscriber offer
expires.
