Hey Carla,

You see?  Great minds do think alike.  I've always wanted to get a copy of Quadrophenia with all tracks removed, and only Keith's drumming.  That album is just one huge drum-roll and God, I love it.  It was Keith's legend, mystique and  yes, his death that got me into The Who in the first place (see my Bite the Bullet entry).   

You mentioned John's horns on The Ox.  Do you mean the song "The Ox" from "...Sings My Generation" album?  I've never heard horns on that track before.  Now I'd better listen harder.  D-oh!  I just remembered; my CD player died recently!  Time to pull out the vinyl!
