Simon was on a chicago radio station this morning. He performed "The way 
it is"  and mention a gig at the house of blues in chicago.  I forget the 
date of the gig.  He said the best band ever is the beatles.  He broke 
Pete's tape recorder  when he was three and Pete chased him down stairs. 
The dj said Simon and Pete are step brothers.  Simon didn't disagree.

Is this true? What was Simons hit in the early 80's?  There was a video, 
too.
