Pete's hearing, loud electric, IH

Does Pete wear any ear protection on stage?  Maybe that's what allows 
him to play more electric recently and at Jones Beach than in '89.  
Or maybe he is just learning how best to avoid tinnitus flair-ups.  
There are all sorts of high quality ear protection devices for 
musicians nowadays.

On a different note, I too like Kenny Jones on It's Hard.  The album 
is underrated.  The songs on it are pretty good.  The only real 
problem is that the performances lack enthusiasm.
