Presumably you're talking about Shea Stadium, right??  Is this policy 
really a legacy of that event?  That's incredible.  Mind you, if you 
think that's bad, the government have done exactly the same in 
England with football stadia - no more terraces, just individual 
seats - how to remove an 'atmosphere' in 1 easy step......
