why no west?

Can anyone give me a good reason for the Who tour not coming out west
this time?  Is it because they were just here last year? ( I don't think
that's a good reason,  I want to see them again).  PT was scheduled to do
a show here in Denver last June (I think with Joe Walsh), one of only two
shows he was going to do this summer, but it was canceled because not
enough tix were sold.  Any idea of when he or they will come around these
parts again?  We're in desperate need of some good music/entertainment
here.
