Ouch! What about his excellent, oft on-target, and hilarious
songwriting?

Sorry! I meant that his rythmn was suspect, and that his guitar style 
is basically notes, rather than chords.  I think Zappa was an 
absolute genius, and I agree with you totally, so sorry again for 
making Zappa sound like a talentless bastard......
