Mel Gibson was born in the U.S.  His father moved his family to
Austrailia around the time the Vietnam War was heating up, fearing that
his sons would get drafted into a war that Mel's father didn't believe
in.  

I just watched "Four Rooms" starring Tim Roth among others.  Tim's
performance in that movie, in my opinion, would be worthy of the Keith
Moon role.  He also looks a little more like Keith than Mel Gibson.
