Pollstar "HAD" a list of the WHO and mentioned a stop in Northern VA, 
but I just did a search and didn't see ANYTHING for the WHO at all. 
I DO know they are coming to Virginia Beach Aug 9th and last I knew, 
you could get ticks at Ticketmaster outlets or via ticketmaster.com
