I was first in line for WHO ticks in Virginia for the Aug 9th show 
and got Orch Pit Center Stage row L. This was at 10am Sat and after 
waiting 3hrs in line. A friend at work wanted to go, but wanted to 
get great seats! (This was on Tuesday) I checked ticketmaster.com, 
and wouldn't you know it... They put a lot of ORCH seats back into 
the pool. (My guess, Credit Cards were over limit, bad, or you name 
it.) 

Anyway, In this case, the concert hall added a NEW row to Orch 
center. It was A-L, now it goes to M. Needless to say, 4 days later, 
he is sitting right behind me! 

Now I'm sure you can do this by phone, outlet, or on-line, but 
I would recommend on-line, you can check every morning for best seats 
and when you find them, buy them!
