who theme

I received the following email from a friend who knows I love the 
Who. From this site, I downloaded a WHO desktop theme. When I open 
programs, files, etc. the theme plays various soundbytes of WHO 
songs. Also, on Windows 95, some of the desktop icons feature the 
faces of John, Roger, and Pete. I have enclosed the address as below!
