I ordered my tickets nearly four weeks ago, and they haven't arrived yet.
I phoned the ticket office in the U.K. (0990 22 55 66), and they told me 
that they had only just got the tickets from the printers, and they would 
be sending them out in the next two weeks. Whether the same thing is 
happening for international tickets, I don't know. They also said that 
the concert was sold out.
