You can have the fence, I didn't need it anyways.  Speaking of southern
accents, I actually picked up an Atlanta accent during my March break
quite quickly and inadvertantly (bugged the hell out of my friend who came
with me when I started to 'talk like them'), which surprised me because I
can usually only imitate an accent for about 30 seconds before it fails,
but that one came naturally after 2 or 3 days.  When I came back my room
mate told me like a reject from the Dukes of Hazzard.  The funniest
accents I've ever heard have to be composite accents where there's one on
top of another.  A friend of my room mate is from China and came to Texas
A&M so he has a Texas accent on top of a chinese one, and I find it hard
to keep a straight face sometimes when talking to him. 

The accent/voice I was thinking of was more the Brooklyn goon character from 
the Bugs Bunny cartoons anyways.
