Got to be Pete's decision not to bill this as The Who with special guests.
 He just can't roll out that big "Who Machine" for another set of shows and
subject himself/the band to the criticism that they are just re-living the
glory years.  Also, doing it this way (and adding the "guests") keeps Pete
true to his previous declarations that '89 was it.
