I also cannot understand why there are not going to be any bonus 
tracks on Quad!  Rykodisc put 10 seconds of silence after the entire 
original album cuts before the bonus tracks appeared on all of the 
Elvis Costello reissues.  This could have easily been done on the 
second Quad disc.  Also, if they wanted to keep Quad a two disc set, 
then the bonus tracks should have been on a THIRD disc at no extra 
cost, because after all, FORTY minutes on each of the two discs is a 
RIPOFF!!
